DAMAGED / MISSING MERCHANDISE

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged/missing, please notify us via email at shopmillyslook@millys.com.sg within 24 hours of receipt of the product. It may be necessary for us to contact the courier company for damage inspection and open a claim. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. In all cases the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. Shopmillyslook reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. No return will be accepted without prior authorisation from customer service.

MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE / RETURNS

Shopmillyslook must be notified by email within 10 working days of receipt of your merchandise to grant an exchange. Orders over 10 days old are strictly non-returnable, exchangeable or refundable. Return shipping fees apply on exchanges. Exchanges are valid for all items except sale, discounted items and discontinued items. All items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorisation. Items must be in unopened and in the original packaging.

HOW TO EXCHANGE

1. Drop us an email at shopmillyslook@millys.com.sg in the following format - 

Subject: EXCHANGE FOR [enter your Order Number/s (e.g. 123456)] 
Content: Item details [Product name, qty, color] + Reason for exchanging + a photo of defected items. 

2. Await our confirmation email (we will send a confirmation email within 24 hours)

3. Once a confirmation email is received, customer may choose to either:

  • (A): Drop exchanges off at our main office 37B Boat Quay, Singapore 049857
  • (B): Self Shipment. Ship your package with your preferred shipping provider. Note that you will incur all costs. Return address: 37B Boat Quay, Singapore 049857

4. A credit note (valid for 30 days) will be issued to you once we have received and inspected the returns. 

5. Items are only valid for a one-time exchange only.

 

HOW TO GET YOUR REFUNDS

Kindly note that there will be a 10% admin fee due to GST and bank charges that we are unable to waive.

1. Drop us an email at shopmillyslook@millys.com.sg in the following format - 

Subject: REFUNDS FOR [enter your Order Number/s (e.g. 123456)] 

Content:

  1. Item details [Product name, qty, color]

  2. Reason for refunds + a photo of defected items. 

  3. Details for GIRO Bank Account Refund
    Name(s) of Account Holder (As in Financial Institution’s records)
    Full Address as per IC
    Bank Account Number of Account Holder
    Name of Financial Institution & Bank Code
    Your Contact Number(s):

2. Await our confirmation email (we will send a confirmation email within the next 24 hours)

3. Once a confirmation email is received, customer may choose to either:

  • (A): Drop returns off at our main office 37B Boat Quay, Singapore 049857
  • (B): Self Shipment. Ship your package with your preferred shipping provider. Note that you will incur all costs. Return address: 37B Boat Quay, Singapore 049857

4. Once your item has been inspected, you will be refunded for the returned items. You will receive an email with the transaction details of the refunds from shopmillyslook. Your refund should take no longer than 21 days.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We try our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure its processed and delivered promptly. This means we are unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation. Once confirmed and packaged, a 15% restocking fee applies if you insist on a cancellation. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled or retrieved.

DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
NO CREDITS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED.

IMPORTANT: WHEN MAILING YOUR RETURNS TO SHOPMILLYSLOOK PLEASE ENSURE YOU INCLUDE YOUR NAME, BUSINESS NAME, E-MAIL ADDRESS, CONTACT NUMBER AND REASON FOR RETURNING. 

IF A SHIPMENT IS RETURNED DUE TO ENTERING AN INCORRECT ADDRESS (NOT INCLUDING A BUILDING OR SUITE NUMBER) OR AN OVERSIGHT ON THE PURCHASER'S BEHALF (ERRORS IN THE PRODUCT(S) SELECTED), SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES WILL APPLY. IN THE EVENT THAT A RETURN IS A RESULT OF OUR ERROR, WE WILL PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE. ONCE THE ITEM(S) ARE RETURNED, PLEASE ALLOW TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS FOR RE-PROCESSING.
